The SFS-9B fully automatic suppository filling and sealing machine is a new product developed by our company after digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technologies and combining the actual production of suppositories at home and abroad. This unit mainly consists of four parts: 1. High-speed belt making machine; 2. High-speed injection machine; 3. High-speed freezer; 4. High-speed sealing machine. This machine can automatically complete all the processes of suppositories, including shell making, filling, cooling and shaping, sealing, batch number marking, tear line marking, bottom edge cutting, top edge alignment, and counting and shearing. It has functions such as not filling in shriveled bubbles and automatically removing them, automatically correcting color labels, and detecting filling volume. This unit is controlled by a PLC program and operated through an industrial human-machine interface. It is currently the suppository equipment with the highest degree of automation in China.


Working principle

This project uses PVC or PVC/PE roll packaging materials, which are formed into bullet-shaped or torpedo-shaped upper opening shell tapes required for suppositories through positive pressure blow molding, and intermittently enter the injection part. The suppository mixture is made by mixing powder with a special base. After thorough stirring and homogenization, it is automatically injected into the suppository shell belt with high precision through an insertable filling head. It is then sent to the cooling and shaping box by a conveying device. Under the action of cold air, it is rapidly cooled and shaped, completing the transformation from liquid to solid. Finally, The upper opening is automatically sealed by the sealing mechanism, the batch number and production date are printed, the tear line is made, the bottom edge is cut, the top edge is aligned, the count is cut, and finally it enters the finished product packaging.

 The process flow of this machine is as follows:
Rolled packaging materials (PVC, PVC/PE) → Welding → Preheating → Knurling → Blowing and forming → Filling → Cooling and shaping → Preheating → Sealing → Marking batch number → Marking tear line → Cutting bottom edge → Aligning top edge → Counting and cutting → Finished product packaging

Technical parameters

(1) Suppository shape: bullet head, torpedo shape.
(2) Production capacity: with a single dose of 0.5 to 3 ml as the standard, it can reach 15,000 to 16,000 pieces per hour.

Material: The parts in contact with drugs are made of SS316L stainless steel. Unless otherwise specified, SS304 stainless steel is used for the rest.
