The two sections of the drum screen rotate clockwise driven by the friction rubber wheels, and various pills that meet the requirements are sorted out respectively. During the screening process, there may be pills whose diameters are exactly the same as the size of the screen holes, causing them to get stuck in the holes. At this time, the brush or silicone rubber roller installed on the side of the drum screen can push the pills out.

Working principle of automatic screening pill machine :
Roller style automatic screening pill machine can work alone or in conjunction with a pill making machine and an elevator. The finished pills are lifted by the elevator, passed through the chute, and enter the drum screen. The lengths of the drum screens are 400mm, 800mm, and 400mm respectively. The inner hole diameter is made into a plum blossom shape according to the required pill diameter. The three-section drum screen rotates around the central axis for one circle driven by the active shaft disc to screen out various pills that meet the requirements. During the screening process, if the pill diameter is the same as the sieve hole diameter, the pill is clamped on the sieve hole and is squeezed out by the fixed brush installed on the side of the drum screen.
